DELIVERY TIME

The description of each product indicates the "delivery time," which is the time from the completion of the purchase with payment accepted until the product is shipped to the Customer.

If several products are purchased in the same order, the maximum delivery time for the order corresponds to the delivery time indicated for the product with the longest maximum delivery time.

When the order is shipped, the Customer is informed of the agency through which the shipment has been made, as well as its tracking number.

The recipient's contact telephone number is provided to the transport agency, if necessary.

In the event of problems with the delivery of the order, the Customer must contact Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. as soon as possible to resolve the incident.

The order is delivered to the address designated by the Customer, therefore, Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete. If the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient changes it after the order has left our warehouses, the Customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

In the event that the order is rejected by the Customer or they are absent, Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. accepts no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.

Occasionally, due to manufacturing and/or distribution incidents, the delivery time communicated by Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. may not coincide with that described on the product. In these cases, Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. will inform the customer of the difference in delivery time. If this delivery time does not meet the customer's needs, if the order has been paid for in advance and the customer cancels the order, Desguace y repuestos Murcia S.L. undertakes to refund the amount paid by the customer.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: our logistics provider does not currently ship to these cities.

Please verify your shipping address. By default, we ship the product to the registered address. If the shipping address is incorrect, the street number or floor number is missing, and the item is returned by the post office or transport agency, the user will have to pay the new shipping cost. 

If you would like the item to be shipped to another address, please request this expressly by email when completing your purchase or modify your registration details. Please note that we are not responsible for returns or delivery errors to addresses other than those registered.
