In compliance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other applicable regulations, customers of RecambioNuevo.com are informed of their rights and procedures regarding returns and warranties for products purchased on our platform.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
1.1. In accordance with articles 102 et seq. of RDL 1/2007, the customer has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision and without penalty.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition, without having been installed or tampered with, including packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation.
1.3. Exceptions to withdrawal (Article 103 RDL 1/2007):
- Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Unsealed electrical and electronic parts.
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
1.4. Exercising the right of withdrawal will not give rise to any reimbursement of additional expenses incurred by the customer (installation labor, travel, cranes, vehicle immobilization, etc.).
1.5. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the return, and the refund may be withheld until the product has been received and checked.
1.6. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of RecambioNuevo.com or a defect in the product.
2. Legal Guarantee
2.1. In accordance with articles 114 to 124 of RDL 1/2007, all products sold by RecambioNuevo.com have a legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery.
2.2. The warranty covers any defects in conformity that exist at the time of delivery of the goods, provided that the customer informs RecambioNuevo.com within a maximum period of two months from the date on which they became aware of the defect (Article 123 RDL 1/2007).
2.3. Warranty exclusions:
-Natural wear and tear from normal use of the item.
-Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, impact, accidents, lack of maintenance, or improper handling.
-Parts that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
-Indirect or additional expenses caused by the defect in the part (assembly/disassembly labor, cranes, economic losses, immobilization of the vehicle, etc.).
2.4. The warranty procedure will require the customer to provide the purchase invoice, photographs, and, where applicable, a report from an authorized repair shop.
2.5. If the defect is confirmed, RecambioNuevo.com will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, at no cost to the consumer, in accordance with Articles 118 and 119 of RDL 1/2007.
3. Returns and Warranty Procedure
3.1. The customer must notify their intention to return a product or make use of the warranty through one of the following channels:

3.2. RecambioNuevo.com will confirm receipt of the request and provide the customer with precise instructions for handling the return or warranty.
4. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute or conflict arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this policy, the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
